I can’t remember my user id and/or password, can you reset it?

1) log in to the website
2) On the login pop-up click the `Forgot Password` link
3) You can enter your registered Email ID
4) You will receive a new password. Enter a new password and enable it.
In case you didn’t receive mail, check your spam folder where you may find the mail.
